Het project verenigt de emotionele architectuur van bakpak Architects (Madrid) met de focus op duurzaamheid van DTR Studio (Marbella). Het interieurontwerp is in handen van HMY Consulting & Design, specialisten in hospitality. Drie firma's die hun respectievelijke nalatenschappen inbrengen.

BREEAM vertegenwoordigt de meest veeleisende methode voor duurzaamheidscertificering in de bouw. Lakün streeft ernaar deze te behalen met verifieerbare gegevens, zoals een verwachte reductie van 87,53% in energieverbruik en 87,76% in CO₂-uitstoot ten opzichte van klasse E. Het dak integreert fotovoltaïsche panelen voor collectief eigen verbruik.
